  • Check: Take a screenshot of the copy of the check before and after deposit. Afterwards, please take a photo and email it to cs@silverbricks.com.hk for reference. Please indicate the account number, name and contact phone number for tracking (e.g. deposit by bank transfer , Please use the receipt and the screenshot of the online banking page as proof. Otherwise, the refund procedure will be processed after two days.
  • The cut-off time of processing the checking of deposit is 4 pm every working day. Otherwise, the process will be postponed to the next working day.
  • The deposit will be activated after the cheque is cashed.

Process of Withdrawal

  • Customers can call (852)3998 5120 to send withdrawal instructions to the staff.
  • The cut-off time is 10 a.m. every working day. Otherwise, the withdrawal will process to the next working day.
  • The account number of withdrawal shall match to the deposit account
