Open Account

Individual Securities Account

Before opening an Individual Securities Account, clients can save time by downloading and filling out the following forms in advance:

• Individual Securities Account Opening Form 
• Form W-8BEN 
• Client Consent Form of Investor Identification and OTC Securities Transactions Reporting

After completing the above forms, please bring them along with the following personal documents to our office to proceed with the account opening:

• Personal identification documents (e.g., Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card, People's Republic of China Resident Identity Card, Passport, etc.) 
• Proof of residential address within the past three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of a Hong Kong local bank account (e.g., bank statement, passbook, or ATM card showing the account name and account number).

Joint Securities Account

Before opening a Joint Securities Account, clients can save time by downloading and filling out the following forms in advance:

• Joint Securities Account Opening Form
• Form W-8BEN 
• Client Consent Form of Investor Identification and OTC Securities Transactions Reporting

After completing the above forms, please bring them along with the following personal documents to our office to proceed with the account opening: 

• Personal identification documents (e.g., Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card, People's Republic of China Resident Identity Card, Passport, etc.) 
• Proof of residential address within the past three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of a Hong Kong local bank account (e.g., bank statement, passbook, or ATM card showing the account name and account number).

Corporate Securities Account

Before opening a corporate account, clients can save time by downloading and completing the following forms in advance:

• Corporate Securities Account Opening Form
• Corporate Account Board Resolution
• Corporate Account Guarantee Letter (if required)

Once the forms are completed, please bring them along with the following company and personal documents to our office to proceed with the account opening. Certified copies of the documents must also be provided:

• Personal Documentation (for the following individuals):
  Identification documents and proof of residential address (dated within the last three months) for:
  • All directors
  • All authorized signatories
  • All authorized signatories
• Proof of company address (dated within the last three months)
• Certificate of Incorporation (CI)
• Valid Business Registration Certificate (BR)
• Latest Annual Return (NAR1) or Certificate of Incorporation (if the company has been incorporated for less than one year)
• Articles of Association (AA)
• A company shareholding structure chart signed by a director
• Latest audited financial statement (if required)
• Identification documents and proof of residential address (dated within the last three months) of the guarantor(s), or  Proof of address for the guarantor company (dated within the last three months)
• Register of Directors (ROD)
• Register of Members (ROM)

Futures Account

Before opening an Individual Futures Account, clients can save time by downloading and completing the following forms in advance:

• Individual Futures Account Opening Form
• Futures Required Forms

Once the forms are completed, please bring them along with the following personal documents to our office to proceed with the account opening: 

• Personal identification documents (e.g., Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card, People's Republic of China Resident Identity Card, Passport, etc.)
• Proof of residential address within the past three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of a Hong Kong local bank account (e.g., bank statement, passbook, or ATM card showing the account name and account number).
